Property access information including lockbox codes and entry instructions provided at the time of booking is used solely to complete the scheduled service. This information is accessible only to the assigned photographer and is not retained after the shoot is completed.

3. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Site, Squarespace (our website platform) automatically collects certain technical data, including pages visited, time spent on the Site, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (city/region level). This data is collected through Squarespace Analytics and is used only in aggregate form to help us understand how visitors use our Site. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly. You may opt out of emails by contacting us directly. We do not use SMS or email for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

  • Service providers: We use Spiro to manage client bookings, accounts, media delivery, and invoicing. Spiro stores client account and booking data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy. We use Squarespace to host our Site and process form submissions. Squarespace may store contact form data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy. We use Titus to process payments. Titus handles all payment transactions on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment details.

  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

We retain contact information only for as long as necessary to fulfill your service request, maintain business records, and comply with legal or tax obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
