Travel fees may apply for properties outside our standard coverage area and you’ll always be notified before your booking is confirmed.

All of our photography packages include unlimited photos based on your property’s square footage — so you’ll receive every compelling, unique shot the property has to offer. We use professional judgment to deliver comprehensive coverage without redundancy. Most homes receive between 20 and 50 photos depending on size and features.

Photos are delivered by noon the next day. If we shoot on Monday, your photos will be ready Tuesday morning. Floor plans, 3D tours and Videos will be delivered within 24-48 hours of the shoot. We prioritize speed to get your listing live as quickly as possible

You’ll receive a secure link to your property gallery. After a quick digital payment, all high-resolution photos, videos, and floor plans are unlocked for immediate download — pay-at-close option available.

We've partnered with Titus to offer a pay-at-close option, allowing agents to defer payment until the property sells. This is handled directly through Titus — ask us at booking for details.

Cancellations and reschedules made before the photographer arrives at the property are always free — no time limits, no restrictions. If the photographer has already arrived at the property and is unable to complete the shoot for any reason, a $75 travel fee will be assessed to cover travel time and costs.

Every property is different but most shoots run about two hours on site. Smaller condos and townhomes may be closer to an hour while larger homes with multiple services — aerial, video, and 3D tour — can run two to three hours. Your confirmation will include an estimated duration based on the services booked.

You’re welcome to be there but it’s not required. Our photographers work independently and will capture the property professionally whether you’re on site or not. If you won’t be present just make sure the photographer have access to the property — a lockbox code or garage entry works perfectly.

A little weather won’t stop us. If it’s raining on the day of your shoot we’ll proceed with interior photography as scheduled and return to complete exterior photos and aerial services as soon as conditions improve — at no additional charge. If conditions make the entire shoot impractical we’ll work with you to reschedule at the earliest available date. Weather related reschedules are always complimentary.

A Property Video is a clean 1-2 minute walkthrough highlighting the layout and flow of the home —professional and effective for most listings. A Cinematic Video is a premium production with deliberate movement, pacing, and aerial footage designed to create an emotional connection with the property. Best suited for listings where the goal is to sell a lifestyle.

HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. We shoot five bracketed exposures of each frame and professionally merge them into one perfectly balanced image —capturing bright windows, shadowed corners, and natural colors all in a single shot. Every photo we deliver is HDR processed as standard.

Yes. All aerial photography and videography is conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot in full compliance with federal regulations. We verify airspace authorization before every flight and carry commercial drone insurance.

All media produced by Vang Real Estate Media is owned by us — standard practice in professional photography. Upon full payment you receive a license to use the media to market your specific listing across MLS, social media, and your website.

Matterport 3D tours are hosted for 90 days from delivery or until your listing closes — whichever comes first. That covers the full active marketing period for virtually every listing. If you need to extend hosting beyond 90 days a one-time $25 continuation fee applies for an additional 90 days. Zillow 3D tours are hosted directly through Zillow at no cost and have no hosting limitation.
